The products must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Used products, or products without original packaging, may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bondibooststore.com with your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product(s) back to us.
3. Return Shipping: Since we offer global free shipping on all orders, return shipping costs (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s) and confirm eligibility, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and will take 5-10 business days to appear in your account (processing times may vary depending on your payment provider).
